1. Return Terms
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received the product to request a return. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility: Products must be unused, fully packaged, and with all original tags and accessories. Damaged or used products are not eligible for return.

Obtaining a Return Authorization: We will provide you with return authorization information and further return instructions. Please do not return the product yourself; ensure you have obtained a return authorization.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the return shipping costs for returns due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent or defective product). If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., dislike or inappropriate fit), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for return, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (including credit card).
5. Exchange Policy
If you require an exchange, please first submit a return request and then follow the above process to exchange for the desired new item. Any price difference will be paid or refunded.
